This vid shows more details on the modifications required to the block and crankcase cover, to convert a 3.5hp model 92902 Briggs and Stratton lawnmower engine into a Horizontal shaft type engine. I have another vid that shows the engine I converted with a friends help using a TIG welder for aluminum welding. You can do almost the same thing using JB-Weld, and a file, as I explain in this vid.
